Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of recruiting coordinators to ensure effective recruitment execution.
• Oversee scheduling of interviews and candidate/interviewer experience.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Lead recruitment-related projects, including process improvements and new tools.
• Track and report recruitment metrics with insights and recommendations.
• Assist with scheduling interviews and recruitment logistics as needed.
• Foster a collaborative environment supporting growth and development.
