Responsibilities

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Manages all internal talent acquisition recruiting activity and closely monitors workbench assignments and allocations across the recruiting team.
  • Actively utilizes all daily reporting tools to monitor recruiter output and requisition activity.
  • Manages and executes recruitment plans to ensure a strong pipeline of quality talent.
  • Proactively addresses any barriers or bottlenecks that may be impacting the team’s ability to achieve our KPIs for each requisition.
  • Proactively communicates with business partners regarding any delays or challenges with internal searches, and works quickly to solve any escalations.
  • Ensures consistent KPI accountability for all recruiters to ensure improved speed to hire and quality of hire.
  • Coaches and develops Recruiters to enhance skills and competencies for continued growth.
  • Maintains relationships with hiring leaders to provide service excellence.
  • Monitors and evaluates hiring manager experience for continuous improvement.
  • Manages and executes a small volume of requisitions, as needed.
  • Ensures integrity and consistency of talent acquisition systems, processes, and policies.
  • Extends employment brand through recruitment of high-quality workforce.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications

Experience/Education:

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven leadership experience in the recruitment services industry, preferably an RPO environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of requisition management experience specifically in a metric driven environment.
  • Proven leadership of a team of Recruiters, Sourcers, or Coordinators.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

  • Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes (in-house, staffing, or RPO).
  • Ability to build partnerships, consult effectively, and manage escalations diplomatically.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to report on performance data and drive accountability to KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of recruiting principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Integrity, trust, and fairness in all interactions.
Compensation

Salary Range: The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $83,000 and $100,000 annually. Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training and other considerations permitted by law. We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with applicable law.
