Job description

LuNova Solar is seeking a remote Recruiting Manager for a flexible, performance-based contractor opportunity focused on sourcing, screening and onboarding appointment setters and residential solar sales professionals.

Compensation: $50 per qualifying hire after the attributed hire completes their first solar customer contract that is accepted by LuNova under the applicable company process.

The Recruiting Manager owns candidate sourcing, initial screening, interview coordination, onboarding follow-through and management handoff. Ongoing day-to-day employee supervision is not part of this recruiting role.
