Highway Transport Logistics, Inc. in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead driver recruitment and a team of recruiters and coordinators. You will own full-cycle recruitment, partner with operations, and drive employer branding to ensure a strong candidate experience.
You will collaborate with HR leadership to implement strategic hiring plans, maintain pipelines, and use recruitment data to inform decisions and improve performance. This is an in-office role based in Knoxville.
The Recruiting Manager leads the day-to-day execution of talent acquisition activities, with a primary focus on Driver recruitment, while managing a team of recruiters and coordinators. This role is responsible for full-cycle Driver and general recruiting operations, supporting employer branding efforts, maintaining talent pipelines, and using recruitment data to drive performance. The Recruiting Manager works closely with operations leaders and hiring managers to meet staffing needs and ensure a strong, consistent candidate experience, while reporting into HR leadership on recruitment strategy and results.
