Job summary

Koch Foods Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead and mentor the recruiting team across the Complex. The role drives staffing across hourly and salaried positions, partnering with managers to plan and execute hiring initiatives.

Responsibilities include building candidate pipelines, implementing new strategies, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations while maintaining high service levels and timely hiring."

The Recruiting Manager provides leadership, support, advocacy and vision to the recruiting team and support staff who provide recruiting support to hiring managers across the Complex.

Job Responsibilities

• Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff
• Oversees the daily workflow of the department
• Handles discipline of employees in accordance with company policy
• Responsible for the recruiting cycle for all hourly and salaried positions for the entire Complex
• Develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates
• Manages the recruiting team
• Works closely with managers in all departments to determine staffing needs and coordinate hiring initiatives
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field a plus
• Five years of recruiting experience required
• Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
