Precision Garage Door Service is seeking a Recruiting/HR Assistant to join our growing team. This role supports the full recruiting cycle, HR administration, onboarding, and benefits inquiries while upholding confidentiality and company values.

The position offers remote work with occasional onsite in Plymouth, Michigan, and a schedule that may transition from part-time to full-time. Compensation ranges from $23 to $26 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Prior HR and recruiting experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting cycle, including reviewing resumes, interviews, and scheduling with hiring managers.
• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support, including maintaining employee files and responding to inquiries.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding, including new hire paperwork, background checks, drug screenings, and exit processes.
• Support benefits administration, enrollment changes, and answer benefits questions.
