2-year degree and 1-2 years of staffing/recruiting experience required; 4-year degree preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of end to end recruitment lifecycle processes. Current knowledge of regulatory agencies governing employment law. Knowledge of standard Human Resource practices and procedures. Unfailing honesty, integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality with protected information. Computer skills including MSOffice and in-depth knowledge of data mining and internet research. Excellent written and verbal communication skills demonstrating appropriate tact and professionalism with a wide range of individuals. Strong perception of people and able to relate to people at all levels. Proven ability to handle large volumes of exempt and non-exempt openings quickly
Effectively present information to associates, business partners and management. Ability to read, analyze and interpret reports and policy documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from associates, regulatory agencies and business partners. Must be able to speak, read and write in the English language. Conversational skills in the use of the Spanish language is helpful.
Ability to work with and apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Adheres to the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
Current SC Driver’s License, required auto insurance, reliable means of transportation and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.
