Fralock is actively seeking a Recruiting Coordinator & Programs professional to partner with hiring managers across sites, manage postings, screening, onboarding, and ensure compliance. The role emphasises recruiting strategies and time-to-fill metrics while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Candidates should have 2+ years in full-cycle recruiting, knowledge of CA labor laws, and strong communication.

The Recruiting Coordinator & Programs will interface with hiring managers and supervisors in carrying out the company's Human Resource policies and objectives while recognizing that employees are our most valuable asset. This position will focus on recruiting and hiring strategies. Ensures that job postings, candidate screening, hiring and onboarding processes meet company expectations while meeting compliance standards. Provides training related to hiring, interviewing and overall recruitment process for hiring managers. Drives processes to ensure time to fill and other recruiting metrics are met while providing a positive experience for candidates coming onboard.
