Job Description
Coordinate all aspects of the interview process, assist in candidate assessment and offer generation, collaborate on onboarding and orientation programs, manage candidate communications, and maintain data in the applicant tracking system. Work under the guidance of senior recruitment leadership to manage end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, and integration processes aligned with the firm's strategic goals.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of legal recruiting or professional services experience required; must demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
