Job summary

Mainspring Energy is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our People Ops team in Menlo Park. You will play a visible, trusted role with hiring managers, candidates, and recruiters, owning the candidate experience from first touchpoint to interview completion.

This role involves coordinating high-volume interviews, travel arrangements, and reimbursements, using our ATS to communicate and schedule. You’ll partner with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and operations to ensure a smooth
