Recruiting Operations at Skydio aims to bring operational excellence and support to the Recruiting team and cross-functional stakeholders, enabling them to hire efficiently and effectively, while creating a delightful and personal experience for our candidates and hiring teams.

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and organized Recruiting Coordinator to work onsite at our HQ located in San Mateo, CA. This is a perfect role for a recent graduate or someone looking to launch their career in People Operations. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the "Face of Skydio" for our candidates—managing their onsite experience, scheduling their interviews, and ensuring they feel welcomed. You will learn the ins and outs of recruiting tools like Ashby and Workday while supporting university recruiting events and intern programs.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
  • Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews for candidates across various departments
  • Greet candidates onsite at our HQ, providing office tours and ensuring a warm, welcoming environment
  • Collaborate with the University Recruiting team to help coordinate campus events, career fairs, and intern onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) to ensure no candidate falls through the cracks
  • Assist the broader People team with ad‑hoc projects related to employer branding, swag management, and event planning
  • Learn to identify scheduling conflicts and proactively solve puzzles to keep the hiring process moving fast
What Makes You a Good Fit:
  • Ability to be in-person at our San Mateo HQ 4-5 days per week
  • 0-1+ years of experience (internships, campus leadership, event planning, student clubs, Resident Advisors (RAs) or customer service experience is a plus!)

Compensation:

At Skydio, our compensation packages for regular, full‑time employees include competitive base salaries, equity in the form of stock options, and comprehensive benefits packages. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. Relocation assistance may also be provided for eligible roles. The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - 100,000*. Fundamentally, we believe that equity is the key to long‑term financial growth, and we ensure all regular, full‑time employees have the opportunity to significantly benefit from the company's success. Regular, full‑time employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s group health insurance plans. Regular, full‑time employees are eligible to receive the following benefits: Paid vacation time, sick leave, holiday pay and 401K savings plan.
