Skydio, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Manager to lead NetSuite ERP and enterprise systems, partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, RevOps, and IT to optimize processes and enable growth.
You will manage NetSuite, Coupa, Ramp, and integrations, design workflows, lead ERP upgrades, and apply AI to accelerate design and development.

About the role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Business Systems Manager who serves as the business and technical leader of the Skydio’s NetSuite ERP environment, ensuring the platform effectively supports operational excellence, financial integrity, supply chain execution, and continued business growth. This role partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, RevOps, and Information Technology to optimize business processes, drive system enhancements, manage ERP integrations, and deliver scalable technology solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and decision‑making across the organization.
How you’ll make an impact:
Serve as the technical expert and administrator of the Company's enterprise systems (NetSuite ERP, Coupa, Ramp, etc.), ensuring system stability, reliability, security, and performance.
Configure, maintain, and continuously improve NetSuite modules supporting inventory, procurement, manufacturing, planning, warehousing, order fulfillment, shipping, and finance.
Design, configure, and maintain workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, custom fields, scripts, and automation that improve business efficiency and user experience.
Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, module deployments, testing, and system enhancements from design through production deployment.
Use AI to accelerate design and development and come up with innovative solutions to unique business challenges.
Partner with business leaders to understand operational challenges and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
Act as the primary liaison between Finance Systems and business stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring technology supports operational objectives.
Develop, maintain, and support integrations between NetSuite and external platforms (P2P, MES, PLM & CRM Systems).
Develop and maintain ERP governance, documentation, standard operating procedures, and system configuration standards.
Drive enterprise AI enablement by design & maintaining robust MCP Integrations across enterprise systems
Desired qualifications:
5-7+ years of experience in managing Financial systems, with at least 3+ years on NetSuite ERP.
Experience managing EDI and System integrations.
Experience with P2P systems (e.g. Coupa) preferred.
Ability to lead and manage teams in a highly dynamic environment.
Strong understanding of Finance, manufacturing, inventory management, procurement, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment processes.
Experience configuring NetSuite workflows, saved searches, dashboards, custom fields, reports, and automation.
Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite development tools.
Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP).
Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/MIS or other equivalent fields.
Compensation: At Skydio, our compensation packages for regular, full-time employees include competitive base salaries, equity in the form of stock options, and comprehensive benefits packages. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. Relocation assistance may also be provided for eligible roles. The annual base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $190,000*. Fundamentally, we believe that equity is the key to long-term financial growth, and we ensure all regular, full-time employees have the opportunity to significantly benefit from the company's success. Regular, full-time employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s group health insurance plans.
