Job summary

Giga, an on-site role in San Francisco, is building AI-powered recruitment operations. We seek a top-tier Recruiting Coordinator to own interview coordination, candidate experience, and process improvements as we scale.

You will run point on interviews, keep the ATS clean, build relationships with hiring managers, and help refine our hiring processes while growing with the team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination experience.
• Deep experience with Ashby and can operate in it with confidence.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience working in fast paced or high growth startup environments.
• Strong academic foundation from a rigorous university.

• Keep our ATS clean, structured, and moving with speed
• Deliver a fantastic candidate experience through thoughtful and consistent communication
• Set structure for new roles and help refine our hiring process
• Track metrics, anticipate bottlenecks, and fix them before they slow us down
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and keep searches aligned
• Support sourcing and research when needed
• Raise the operational bar for the entire recruiting function

This role is on-site in San Francisco in the Dogpatch neighborhood.

The Role

We are in hyper growth mode and hiring is one of the most important functions in the company. We are looking for a top tier Recruiting Coordinator who wants to own something big. We are early in building our recruiting function. You will help deliver a great candidate experience and support process improvements, while learning how a recruiting operation scales in a high growth environment. There is room to grow here as the team and function mature.

• Experience coordinating technical recruiting
• Experience with other recruiting tools, like Juicebox and Lemlist
• Interest in taking on full cycle recruiting over time
