Job summary

Flip is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to help build our team across a range of roles, from engineering to operations. This entry‑level role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in tech recruiting, learning how high‑growth startups hire, and working closely with hiring managers and leadership.

You will source and engage diverse candidates, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate data in Greenhouse, while ensuring a positive candidate experience as we scale our evergreen roles.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or a related field (internships welcome).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates across roles including engineering, product, sales, and operations.
• Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating across multiple time zones.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Greenhouse).
• Conduct initial screens to assess candidates and educate them aboutFlip.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage with focus on quality and volume for evergreen roles.
• Support recruiting operations, employer branding, and hiring projects as we scale.

What You'll Do

As a Recruiting Coordinator you'll play a critical role in building our team across a multitude of roles that drive our business forward. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in tech recruiting, learn how high-growth startups hire, and work closely with hiring managers, and leadership.

• Source and engage candidates across roles including engineering, product, sales, and operations
• Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating across multiple time zones
• Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Greenhouse)
• Conduct initial screens to assess candidates for the role and also educating them on us and what we are building here at Flip
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage with a focus on quality and volume for our evergreen.roles
• Support recruiting operations, employer branding, and hiring projects as we scale

What We're Looking For

• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or a related field (internships welcome)
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, startups, and ai technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable learning new tools and systems (ATS, LinkedIn, sourcing platforms)
• Curious, proactive, and eager to grow - learn - fail fast and keep going

Final compensation may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for equity, in accordance with company policy, and subject to board approval.

Compensation Range:

$55,000-$70,000 USD
