Overview

TITLE: Product Manager

REPORTING TO: Product Lead

LOCATION: Marina del Rey, CA (Onsite Monday - Friday)

Who The Flip Is Flip? Ever call your favorite eCommerce brand or healthcare provider, and have a crazy good Voice AI answer? Flip partners with hundreds of brands across retail and healthcare to handle millions of phone calls monthly through its voice AI platform. The team is small but ambitious, with offices in NYC, LA, and the UK.

What You’ll Do

Own defined areas of Flip’s product end to end, including defining product direction, shaping solutions, and driving execution across core voice experiences, automation capabilities, and real-world product behavior. Reporting to the Product Lead, you set direction and ensure execution within your scope, defining and deciding what gets built, what doesn’t, and why.

Responsibilities

• Own defined areas of Flip’s product end to end, including defining product direction, shaping solutions, and driving execution across core voice experiences, automation capabilities, and real-world product behavior.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure strong product adoption, clarity of value, and real customer impact.
• Comfortable meeting with customers (retail or healthcare) and able to demonstrate how we can increase their phone automation over time.
• Act as a copilot to Engineering when setting priorities, creating detailed specs, and assisting with QA to maximize revenue per call.
• Ensure new features are impactful and align with marketing to reach the right customers.
• Maintain high standards for execution, usability, and coherence across the vertical portal.
• Deliver ongoing weekly product releases as part of a structured release cadence.

Qualifications

• You’ve built products where success depended on getting system behavior right, not just shipping features.
• Focus on outcomes (revenue, retention, efficiency) rather than just features.
• Experience with software, data, and AI behavior; strong intuition for systems, APIs, and product constraints (latency, reliability, scale).
• Experience with AI, automation, or complex workflow products; ability to design experiences for high-stakes user actions (payments, cancellations, order by phone, scheduling).
• Data-driven with clear, measurable metrics; ability to think through edge cases and failure modes.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments; can define the problem before solving it.
• Willing to support teammates and collaborate effectively.

Final compensation may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for equity, in accordance with company policy, and subject to board approval.

Compensation Range: $110,000 USD - $160,000 USD
