What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Prioritize, schedule, and confirm interviews while generating reports using the applicant tracking system
- Administer writing samples to interviewees and distribute results to the hiring panel
- Coordinate and conduct fingerprinting for new hires
- Effectively communicate with managers and recruiters to ensure a smooth recruitment process
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires using the applicant tracking system
What is Required (Qualifications)
- One year of experience in clerical and support services, including document processing and scheduling
- Ability to use a keyboard with no minimum speed requirement
- Must be able to perform physical tasks such as climbing, standing, bending, and lifting supplies
- Valid New Jersey driver's license if required for essential duties
- Authorization to work in the U.S. according to Department of Homeland Security regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruitment processes
- Previous customer service experience in a professional setting
- Familiarity with clerical duties such as document preparation and correspondence
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people
- Knowledge of the New Jersey Judiciary system and its operations
