Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. (ESGW) is seeking a motivated Recruiting Assistant to support our recruitment efforts and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

You will partner with the Talent Administrator and People Services team to attract, engage, and hire talent who support our mission. You will play a key role in ensuring our recruitment processes run smoothly while providing outstanding service to candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0 to 2 years of related experience in recruiting, human resources, customer service, administrative support, or a related field.
• Experience in a client-facing or customer support role preferred.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Post, refresh, and maintain open positions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support recruitment advertising and marketing initiatives.
• Research and recommend new job boards and sourcing opportunities.
• Assist with talent sourcing and candidate outreach efforts.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and ensure proper recordkeeping.
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and update recruitment documentation, guides, and training materials.
• Educate hiring managers on recruitment tools, systems, and best practices.
• Represent ESGW at hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach activities as needed.
• Deliver a positive and professional experience for candidates and new hires from application through onboarding.
