Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain (ESGW) is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to support recruitment efforts and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. You will partner with the Talent Administrator and People Services to attract, engage, and hire individuals who support ESGW’s mission.

You will help ensure smooth recruitment processes and outstanding service to candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0 to 2 years of related experience in recruiting, HR, customer service, administrative support, or related field.
• Experience in a client-facing or customer support role is preferred.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Post, refresh, and maintain open positions in the ATS.
• Support recruitment advertising and marketing initiatives.
• Research and recommend new job boards and sourcing opportunities.
• Assist with talent sourcing and candidate outreach efforts.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and ensure proper recordkeeping.
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and update recruitment documentation, guides, and training materials.
• Educate hiring managers on recruitment tools, systems, and best practices.
• Represent ESGW at hiring events and job fairs as needed.
• Deliver a positive and professional experience for candidates and new hires from application through onboarding.
