Job summary

Talento, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Analyst to support hiring projects by partnering with the recruiting team to find, engage, and guide top talent through the hiring process while building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

You will source and screen candidates using LinkedIn and Boolean search, post jobs, conduct initial interviews, and maintain a pipeline of top talent, with reporting and market insights to inform hiring decisions in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of recruiting or HR experience.
• Familiar with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Strong communication, curiosity, and a solutions mindset.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and screen candidates using tools like LinkedIn and Boolean search.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process from first contact to post-placement.
• Post job ads, review applicants, and conduct initial interviews.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of top-talent.
