Job Requirements
  • Good track record in Customer Service and Telemarketing.
  • Proven experience as Recruitment Consultant, HR Consultant, or similar roles is advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Telemarketing, or Cold-calling in a Call Centre environment.
  • Experience as a Telemarketer in a Bank or Contact Centre is highly desirable.
  • Effective and professional communication over the phone.
  • Confident and pleasant personality.
  • Enjoy talking to people over the phone.
  • Willing to learn recruitment traits.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Must be CEI Certified or willing to undertake the CEI course.
  • Candidate must be willing to work on a commission-based role.
