What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Full-cycle recruiting for Engineers across various levels, from proficient to senior to manager level
- Partner with hiring managers to shape roles and design effective interview panels
- Continuously build evergreen pipelines of candidates for current and future needs
- Track recruiting metrics to optimize performance and meet hiring goals (~20 hires per quarter)
- Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing the employer's mission, culture, and opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Proven in-house recruiting experience in SaaS, particularly in R&D roles across all levels
- Ability to manage 10–15 roles per quarter without sacrificing quality or speed
- Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to partner with executives and hiring managers
- Availability for occasional travel for meetings and company events (~1x per quarter)
