Role Description

The Recruiter position is remote-friendly, with the option for an on-site role in Chicago, IL. The role involves recruiting Financial Advisors across the USA, primarily through cold calling, and is performance-based, 1099, with training provided. The recruiter will source and screen potential candidates, contribute to the team during the placement process, and support transition consulting and business development efforts.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in phone sales, B2B relationship building, consulting, and project management
  • Knowledge of financial services and wealth management firms; insight into investment securities is a plus
