As a member of Aerotek's Strategic Delivery Operations team, you will create alternative delivery solutions to support Aerotek's largest and most valuable clients. As a Strategic Delivery Recruiter, you will impact both candidates and clients by finding the right people for the right jobs. Your responsibilities include:
Compensation and Perks
Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through commissions after the training period. After one year, your base salary increases to $55,000, with opportunities to earn commissions and performance-based incentives such as quarterly bonuses, all-expense paid trips, and a company-funded investment plan. Additional benefits include:
