Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates using recruiting and sourcing tools.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Perform customer service related activities.
• Provide market and client intelligence with strategic recommendations.
• Partner with Sourcers, Contractor Care Reps, and Vendor Management Specialists to ensure a great candidate experience.
• Collaborate with Strategic Delivery leadership on accounts and market segments.
• Engage in community volunteering and philanthropic partnerships.
