Notre Dame is seeking a motivated Recruiter to identify qualified candidates across sourcing tools, screen and interview applicants, and partner with Account Managers to target key markets. You will build relationships with industry contacts to generate referrals and sales leads, while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Customer or sales focused experience
• Experience collaborating in a team environment
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

Responsabilités

• Identify qualified candidates using various recruiting and sourcing tools
• Screen and interview qualified candidates
• Partner with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads
• Perform customer service related activities
• Participate in community volunteering and partnerships with philanthropic organizations
