Dungarvin is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for high-volume recruiting, managing candidate relationships, and enhancing the candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, experience in the service industry, and be located within Washington State. In this role you will be responsible for managing a high-volume requisition load building candidates hiring manager relationships and ensuring stellar service for candidates. TA Specialists perform a variety of functional tasks with a commitment to operations; pivoting to where the immediate hiring need lies. The Talent Acquisition Specialist role focuses on hiring for all DSP level Ancillary (Non-DSP) level roles within their assigned caseload. There are instances where a Talent Acquisition Specialist may also hire for Program Manager and Program Director roles. As a Dungarvin Inc. TA Specialist additional hiring needs may be added to caseloads for other regions dependent upon need as assigned by Talent Acquisition Manager. Our preferred hire should have experience interviewing and attracting candidates ideally through using various sources like resume databases hiring events and employee referrals.
