Dental365 in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2+ years recruiting experience to join our in-house team. This 100% in-person role at our Bridgewater headquarters (Monday - Friday) focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating the successful placement of new team members across our rapidly expanding organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum two years of recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting in healthcare or dental a plus
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Software (ATS)
  • Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Posting assigned requisitions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, and making initial contact with qualified applicants
  • Monitor and adjust Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) with detailed notes
  • Perform initial screenings, schedule interviews, organize assessments, present offers/negotiations, and supervise onboarding
  • Review hiring needs with Talent Directors and collaborate with Operations to ensure posts accuracy
  • Help develop Talent and build a healthy pipeline of future leaders
  • Identify and maintain relationships with partnerships and participate in recruiting events

2+ YEARS RECRUITING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. This role is 100% in-person at our Bridgewater, NJ headquarters office (Monday - Friday).

Salary Range:$63,000 - $80,000

OUR POSITION:

Our Talent Acquisition Specialist will join the Talent team in identifying, screening, and coordinating the successful placement of new team members across our rapidly expanding organization which currently supports 165+ dental offices across several states in the Northeast. This position reports to the Chief Talent Officer and Director of Talent and is responsible for aiding in sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, building pipelines, aiding in new Talent initiatives, and coordinating with candidates through their full application life cycle as they enter our organization.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

A successful candidate will enjoy building relationships with applicants while representing our organization's successful brand. High levels of collaboration are required with the Talent management team, Operations, and Executive Leadership in regard to company initiatives and plans for growth.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
  • Minimum two years of experience of recruiting in a high volume/large organization
  • Prior experience recruiting in healthcare or dental a plus!
  • Must have experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) - experience with Microsoft applications also a plus
  • Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and adaptable.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Posting assigned requisitions, regularly sourcing candidates through multiple channels, and making initial contact with qualified applicants
  • Monitor and make adjustments to Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) - keeping accurate and detailed notes during all phases of recruiting process
  • Performing initial screenings, scheduling interviews, organize assessments, present employment offers/negotiations, and supervise initial phases of on-boarding
  • Review current and anticipated hiring needs with Talent Directors and collaborating closely with Operation teams, monitoring for accuracy of all posts and adjustments as needed
  • Help develop Talent and continuously build a healthy pipeline of future leaders
  • Identifying and maintaining relationships with existing and new partnerships (trade programs, residencies, etc.) and participating in various recruiting events as needed
