Job description

We’re hiring a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, manufacturing plant-based environment and is energized by building strong relationships and delivering results. In this role, you’ll focus on recruiting the skilled tradespeople and truck drivers who are critical to our vertically integrated business, from transportation to production. You’ll be a trusted partner to HR and business leaders, ensuring we hire the right people at the right time to keep our business moving forward.

Things to Know:

• This is an onsite role in Hatfield, PA
• Onsite café, gym, doctors office, company store
• Start time is between 7:30 – 8:15 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for skilled hourly roles, including skilled trades, maintenance, plant security, and CDL drivers to name a few
• Collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to understand staffing needs and deliver strategic hiring solutions
• Use creative sourcing techniques to find talent beyond traditional job boards
• Leverage ATS (UKG) and CRM (Phenom preferred) tools to manage requisitions, pipeline activity, and reporting
• Oversee pre-employment steps (drug screens, physicals, onboarding documentation) and ensure timely, professional candidate communication
• Participate in weekly staffing meetings and contribute to recruiting process enhancements and team projects

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in skilled labor, manufacturing, or logistics
• Comfort working onsite with high visibility among plant and operational leaders
• ATS proficiency (UKG preferred) and experience with CRM tools like Phenom
• Strong organizational skills, urgency, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions at once
• Creative, resourceful approach to sourcing hard-to-find talent
• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to build credibility with hiring managers
