SystImmune, Inc. in Princeton, NJ is seeking a proactive Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment across research, clinical, and corporate functions at our onsite Princeton office.

You will partner with hiring managers to define role criteria, write job descriptions, and build strong candidate pipelines by using LinkedIn and other job boards, while coordinating interviews and pre-employment verifications. Qualified candidates have at least 3 years in biopharma recruitment, experience with ATS

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced pharmaceutical/biotech environment.
• Experience in proactive recruiting and sourcing.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in supporting clinical team is a plus.

SystImmune is a leading and well-funded clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company located in Bothell, WA and Princeton, NJ. It specializes in developing innovative cancer treatments using its established drug development platforms, focusing on bi-specific, multi-specific antibodies, and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). SystImmune has multiple assets in various stages of clinical trials for solid tumor and hematologic indications. Alongside ongoing clinical trials, SystImmune has a robust preclinical pipeline of potential cancer therapeutics in the discovery or IND-enabling stages, representing cutting-edge biologics development.

SystImmune is experiencing rapid growth as we advance multiple pipelines in the clinical stage. We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to support rapid, high volume hiring across the company. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver talent against aggressive timelines while maintaining strong candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, result driven and experienced recruiting in a competitive biotech or pharmaceutical environment.

This position requires onsite work at our Princeton, NJ office.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in supporting clinical team is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

The expected base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $120,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and skills.

While most offers typically fall within the low to mid-point of the range, we may extend an offer toward the higher end for exceptional candidates whose background and expertise exceeds the requirements of the role.
