What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various shared services positions
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process
- Screen applicants and conduct in-depth interviews via phone, video, and in-person
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure seamless communication with candidates

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Proficiency in leveraging technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience in healthcare or corporate recruitment preferred
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
