Job summary

Knobelsdorff Enterprises seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting and partner with leaders to build strong candidate pipelines that drive growth. You’ll deliver a high-quality candidate experience and strengthen KE’s employer brand.

You’ll source passive and active candidates, analyze recruiting metrics, and promote KE’s benefits and values while collaborating with the People & Culture team to hire top talent across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Experience managing high-volume or complex recruiting initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of hiring best practices and candidate experience strategies.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in social recruiting and modern sourcing strategies.
  • Experience in proactive sourcing on Indeed, LinkedIn, and/or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and role requirements while providing guidance on recruiting best practices.
  • Proactively source and engage active and passive candidates through professional networks, social platforms, recruiting technologies, and targeted outreach strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a positive and transparent candidate experience.
  • Develop and analyze recruiting metrics to identify trends, track performance, and support continuous improvement across Talent Acquisition.
  • Represent and promote the KE employer brand at networking events, career fairs, and throughout candidate interactions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates to support long-term talent pipeline development.

Job Description

This role supports the Power Service & Automation Division and People & Culture team by attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across the organization. You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and partnering with leaders to build strong candidate pipelines that directly impact organizational growth and hiring success.

Pay Range

We believe in paying for the value you bring to the team, and we aim to be competitive in every market we hire in.

Pay Range: $70,000 – $85,000 per year plus discretionary incentive opportunities
