Job summary

Zoox’s Talent Acquisition team is seeking an agile recruiter to own full-cycle, high-volume hiring for Fleet Operations and Manufacturing Operations. You will source, screen, and close candidates while partnering with leaders to drive robust pipelines and a strong candidate experience.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, and other sourcing methods to fill diverse roles in operational and technical areas, reporting to the Talent Acquisition team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume or operational hiring.
• Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles across fleet operations, manufacturing, and on-the-ground support.
• Experience partnering with Hiring Managers to guide talent acquisition and evaluate behavioral fit and competencies.
• Proficiency in direct sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing techniques (Gem, portfolio platforms, industry meetups).
• Strong track record of pipeline management in fast-paced environments.
• Experience using Lever to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and pipelines.

Job description

Zoox’s Talent Acquisition team is looking for an agile recruiter to own full-cycle, high-volume hiring primarily for our Fleet Operations organization, while flexing to support other critical teams like Manufacturing Operations. Partnering closely with operational leaders, you will manage a diverse portfolio of technical and non-technical roles essential to our on-the-ground operations. You will serve as a brand ambassador in a fast-paced environment, trusted to drive the entire recruiting process, from qualifying requirements to sourcing and closing world-class talent, while seamlessly managing robust pipelines to fuel Zoox’s continuing growth.

In this role, you will:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership, pipeline generation, and effective candidate advocacy.
• Source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit across a wide variety of operational and high-volume profiles.
• Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interviewers, hiring managers, and company leadership.
• Manage the offer process, partnering closely with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams to close candidates.
• Continuously and independently seek new ways to improve both the candidate experience and the overall recruiting process, particularly for high-volume pipelines.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (sourcing, screening, and closing) with at least 2+ years of experience focused on high-volume or operational hiring.
• Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of positions, seamlessly flexing between high-volume, non-technical, and technical roles (e.g., fleet operations, manufacturing, on-the-ground support).
• Experience partnering directly with Hiring Managers to guide them through the talent acquisition process and effectively evaluate candidates for behavioral fit and role competencies.
• Proficiency in directly sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing techniques (e.g., Gem, portfolio platforms, industry meetups).
• Proven track record of delivering results, managing robust candidate pipelines, and thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Expertise in leveraging an ATS (we use Lever) to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.

$123,000 - $167,000 a year

Base Salary Range

There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the base salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
