Keystone Clearwater Solutions seeks a motivated Recruiter to support field operations, CDL drivers, technicians, and leadership roles. Based in Pittsburgh, PA, the role requires proactive sourcing, strong candidate communication, and collaboration with hiring managers.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple openings, and travels as needed for interviews and events. 1–4 years in recruitment with ATS experience is preferred, with a focus on building relationships

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in staffing or industrial environments.
• Experience in high volume recruiting.
• Familiarity with ATS and HR software; proficiency in Excel and Word.

Description

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking a motivated, results-driven Recruiter who knows how to hustle, take initiative, and get results. This role will support hiring efforts for field operations, CDL drivers, skilled trades, technicians, and leadership positions across our energy and infrastructure services business.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment, is comfortable picking up the phone, proactively sourcing candidates, and managing multiple open positions. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, builds strong relationships with hiring managers, and isn't afraid to get creative when finding talent in competitive markets. The Recruiter will work closely with operational leaders, participate in recruiting events, and play a key role in bringing the right people into our organization.

This role is based out of our Canonsburg, PA office.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and understand position requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing agency or industrial environment but open to train with the right attitude
• Experience in high volume recruiting
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
• Full-Time | Office-Based with Field Travel | Some Travel Required
• This position primarily operates in an office setting but requires regular travel for interviews, job fairs, career events, and onboarding activities.
