Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of roles from skilled trades to engineering/management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the technical skills for various roles.
• Experience with ATS and diverse sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Full cycle recruitment for a diverse range of manufacturing roles, from entry-level to leadership.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates through various channels, including industry events and professional networks.
