About The Role

  • 100% onsite in Seattle, WA
  • Compensation $47/hr
  • Must have 5 years of accounting/finance recruiting experience to be considered
  • 12 month contract to start with potential for extension/conversion

Job Description

  • In this critical role, you will focus on recruiting for diverse roles across the organization, building candidate pipelines, and developing productive partnerships.
  • As a subject matter expert, you will leverage actionable insights to enhance candidate throughput and create lasting impacts.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit candidates through proactive market research and assess them against top talent and cultural leadership principles.
  • Manage and prioritize searches to ensure delivery of well-qualified and diverse talent pipelines on time.
  • Screen and attract top talent by assessing skills and qualifications, guiding them through the hiring process for success.
  • Utilize exceptional candidate engagement techniques and pre-closing strategies to build rapport and impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sourcing Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators, and Recruiting Business Partners to meet talent needs.
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience, efficiently organizing, communicating, and prioritizing tasks while being customer-focused.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators such as pipeline activity, conversion ratios, candidate experience, and cycle times.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting/finance recruiting.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM systems.

Work Environment

  • The work environment is collaborative and fast-paced, requiring a strong sense of urgency and customer focus. Technologies and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM systems will be utilized to support recruitment efforts. It is essential to maintain effective communication and organization to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47.00 - $48.00/hr.
