The ideal candidate must possess the ability to earn trust and influence key stakeholders autonomously, expertly plan and prioritize against customer targets, manage candidates within tight timelines, demonstrate a proven capacity to use metrics to drive and showcase results, and remain calm in high-volume, ambiguous environments. Thriving in a fast-paced setting and excelling at problem-solving will be critical to success in this role.
The best candidate will leverage their extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition to forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, cross-functional partners, and the centralized Amazon University Talent Acquisition program teams.
This recruiter will sit on the Specialized Tech Robotics AI Recruiting team at Amazon and join an exceptional team of recruiters who are dedicated to Hiring and Developing the Best.
The Robotics AI team hires Bachelors, Masters, and PhD students working with Robotics, Silicon, Artificial Intelligence, Embedded Systems, Hardware and related technologies. Recruiting experience in these fields is highly preferred.
