Grayson College is seeking a part-time Recruiter I to engage prospective students through calls, emails, and in-person visits. You will share information about career pathways, collect documents, review transcripts for placement, and ensure records accuracy in the admissions process.
The position emphasizes customer service and attention to detail. Compensation ranges from $17.40 to $26.09 per hour, with a Grade 7 pay scale based on experience.

Recruits students to attend Grayson College through a variety of communications methods by phone, email and in person visits. It is the role of the Recruiter I to share information about career pathways and majors. The Recruiter I is responsible for gathering students documents, providing outreach to prospective students, analyzing high school and college transcripts for college placement and transferability of coursework and admitting students to the college. The Recruiter I is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of student records and enters required information into the student information systems and/or CRM to complete the admissions process. This position requires attention to detail and a high level of customer service and accuracy.
The salary range for this position is Grade 7- $17.40-$26.09 based on years of experience.
This position is considered a security sensitive position and will require a criminal background check. It will also require submission of three professional references.
