Job summary

Chenega Professional Services Strategic Business Unit in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Recruiter I responsible for full cycle recruiting across the organization. The role emphasizes direct sourcing, screening, submitting candidates, and extending offers while adhering to management’s timeframes.

The candidate will work within an SBU with responsibilities to build a candidate pool, conduct candidate assessments, and coordinate pre-employment activities including credentialing where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year recruiting, administrative or HR experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience recruiting for government contracts and healthcare/facilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide full cycle recruiting from sourcing to offers.
• Source candidates via job boards, social networks and referrals.
• Screen, qualify and present candidates to Hiring Managers, extending offers when appropriate.
• Maintain ATS records and ensure compliance with policies.
