Salary Range: $15.00 To $18.00 Hourly

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates alongside the operations manager for various locations within the organization. This role is crucial in fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting company operations, retaining top talent, and maintaining compliance with industry laws and regulations. The role is responsible for supporting candidate engagement and retention throughout the entire application process.

JOB SUMMARY:
  • Coordinate screening & interviews, create candidate profiles, and streamline recruitment and onboarding procedures.
  • Enhance candidate engagement and retention by maintaining a high-touch approach, ensuring timely responses to candidates within 3 business days of the entire application process.
  • Accountable for the sourcing of talent and the recruitment process for open positions with a focus on the company’s operational needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition creation to the candidate offer stage, including the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate and appealing job descriptions that clearly define role expectations and qualifications.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry hiring events, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Assist with identifying, screening, and referring applicants to hiring managers for consideration within the organization.
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, work history, education, relevant training/certification, and job skills.
  • Provide written documentation and assessment of applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Maintain strong data integrity within our systems.
  • Assist with interview preparations, using behavior-based techniques to determine if individuals meet specific requirements.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies in relation to recruitment processes.
  • Represent the organization at job/career fairs and similar recruiting events.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED:

Receives supervision from the Director of Human Resources. Position has formal assigned supervisory responsibility and authority. Must complete jobs without constant supervision.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

The principal duties of this position are performed in an indoor office environment.

ALCOHOL AND DRUG TESTING POLICY:

This position is subject to the DLP Services LLC, Drug Free Workplace Policy which includes Post-Accident Testing, Random Testing, and/or Reasonable Suspicion Testing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • A minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred.
