Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in the United States is seeking a recruiter to manage full life-cycle recruiting for contractor accounts, from sourcing through onboarding.

You will collaborate with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment teammates to meet KPI targets and ensure customer satisfaction across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in full life-cycle recruitment experience.
• Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Administer defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited and develop/manage relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment teammates.
• Provide recruitment updates and keep management informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Meet KPI targets and execute recruitment strategies including advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment, and maintenance of recruitment materials.
• Ensure full recruitment of all assigned accounts and support onboarding of new contractors.

Job Description

Summary

Includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer (negotiation & acceptance) completion of contractor hiring administrative processes, and on-boarding of new contractors.

Essential Functions

• Role will be responsible for administrating defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited and developing/managing relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team-mates
• Recruiters are also responsible for recruitment updates and keeping the management team informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment
• Performance will be measured, in part, upon KPI measures, execution of recruitment strategies which include advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, maintenance of recruitment materials, and keeping the management team informed of recruitment progress and issues affecting recruiting
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts

Compensation Information

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:
