Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a skilled recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for our Global Operations function, with a focus on Community Support. You will partner with hiring managers, source proactively, and build diverse candidate slates while delivering white-glove experiences.

In a fast-moving environment you will manage high-volume requisitions, influence interview practices, and use modern ATS tools to track progress and report metrics across regions.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting a Global Operations function including customer support roles is preferred.
• Ability to deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience for senior stakeholders and candidates.
• Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional candidates in competitive markets.
• Strong written and verbal communication; concise, clear concept delivery.
• Well-developed analytical and influencing skills.

Your main responsibility will be to successfully bring searches to fruition and deliver exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring managers across our Global Operations Function, with a predominant focus on Community Support. A Typical Day:

• Manage and drive a full-cycle recruitment process including outbound sourcing, screening, interview, feedback and offers for all levels of candidates from entry to mid-level across our Global Operations function - largely supporting Community Support Delivery.
• Build pipeline for multiple requisitions across business teams and geographies, consider diversity and the importance of balanced candidate slates.
• Drive inclusion through building diverse pipelines at top of the funnel.
• Partner with talent partners, hiring managers, HR operations and finance to build hiring strategy and plan.
• Influence business leaders and educate hiring managers on process, interview best practices, and decision making.
• Provide exceptional candidate experiences. Create new ways to surprise and delight candidates as they go through our interview process.
• Accurately track candidate data and use systems correctly to be able to report to the business.
• Find the best, brightest and most passionate people for Airbnb using new and creative ways to find and engage them.
• Represent Airbnb with integrity and professionalism. Speak passionately and authentically about Airbnb and our mission.

Your Expertise:

• 5 - 7+ years full cycle recruiting experience is required. Experience supporting a Global Operations function inclusive of customer support roles is preferred.
• Experience operating in a high-velocity, high-volume recruiting environment, able to manage a large, fast-moving requisition load while maintaining a high bar and speed to close.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a "white glove," high-touch experience for senior, stakeholders and candidates
• Track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional candidates in competitive, quota-carrying, or commercial talent markets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly.
• Well-developed analytical and influencing skills.
• Demonstrates a positive, can do attitude. Receives feedback well and looks to constantly improve and grow.
• Comfortable working with a high degree of ambiguity in a fast-scaling environment.
• Strong organizational and planning skills and a solutions orientation - able to juggle multiple concurrent, time-sensitive searches.
• Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow.
• High-level of self-initiative, creativity, perseverance, and flexibility.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms (Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem) and a track record of using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to build recruiting automations and streamline workflows, preferred.
• Ability to communicate in both English and French OR Spanish, preferred.

Your Location:

This position is Canada - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. While the position is Remote Eligible, you must live in a province where Airbnb Canada, Inc. has a registered entity.
