Washoe County School District in Reno, Nevada, is hiring a recruiter to lead efforts in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified district employees across various roles. The recruiter will enhance recruitment strategies and represent the district as an employer of choice.

Under the direction of the assigned Human Resources Manager, the recruiter will participate in recruitment, interviewing, and pre‑screening of district employees. This includes, but is not limited to, the recruitment of ESP, Certified, Administrative, Central Services, Nutritional Services and other support positions.

Grade 24 – Annual Salary: $60,799 (Entry Step). Salaries are subject to adjustment and may increase and decrease each fiscal year. New employees hired by Washoe County School District are normally placed on the entry step of the grade of the position.
Health insurance premiums are paid by employees at a prorated percent for those working less than full time.
