Saronic Technologies seeks a skilled Recruiter to identify, attract and assess top talent for positions across the company. The role requires a strategic partner with experience in technical and high-volume recruiting, ideally within manufacturing.

Responsibilities include building relationships with Hiring Managers, writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and ensuring a smooth interview-to-offer process while maintaining candidate experience and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-house or agency full-lifecycle recruiting experience in high volume manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous and team-oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment.
