This role requires a strategic partner with a strong understanding of technical and high-volume recruiting, particularly within the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will build robust candidate pipelines, partner with Hiring Managers to craft compelling descriptions, and ensure a positive interview experience from screening to offer negotiation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-house or agency full-lifecycle recruiting experience in high volume manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous and team-oriented environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment.
