Qualifications

• Education level appropriate with what is normally gained through the acquisition of a bachelor's degree.
• Entry level to 2 years of recruitment experience with a basic understanding of sourcing strategies and behavioral interview techniques and learns to use professional concepts.
• Demonstrated appropriate customer service attitudes and services in a variety of work settings.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview and facilitate hiring of qualified candidates for assigned openings, typically hourly through professional positions.
• Assess candidate fit by conducting thorough screening utilizing tools and techniques developed/approved by recruiting management.
• Maintain key contacts and relationships with recruiting sources; cultivate relationships with potential candidates to grow referrals.
