Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of recruiting experience.
• Strong business development and outside sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update applicant, employee, and client data in systems.
• Document all communications in the software system.
• Maintain client and personnel files.
• Record client job orders accurately in the system.
• Update job descriptions for client orders.
• Discuss client bill-rates within budget.
• Recruit qualified candidates using all resources.
• Conduct interviews to assess fit.
• Handle HR tasks such as workers' compensation, unemployment, payroll, and employee issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
