Job summary

rePurpose Global is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles during a six-month engagement. You will partner closely with hiring managers and People leadership to deliver a thoughtful, inclusive, and efficient hiring experience.

Candidates with background in sustainability or mission-driven work are strongly preferred. The role requires coordinating with stakeholders, sourcing diverse talent across channels, and managing timelines with East Coast

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and meet tight timelines.
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
• Experience recruiting for sustainability, climate, environmental, or mission-driven organizations preferred.
• Familiarity with inclusive hiring practices and DEI-focused recruiting strategies.
• Experience recruiting technical, operations, or leadership roles.
• Background in startups, nonprofits, or purpose-driven companies.
• Ability to work East Coast hours.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, from intake through offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles.
• Proactively source and engage diverse talent using multiple channels (Lever, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Screen and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational values.
• Manage candidate experience with clear, timely, and respectful communication.
• Track and report on hiring progress, pipeline health, and key metrics.
• Support employer branding efforts and continuous improvement of recruiting processes.
