Anthropic is seeking a Recruiter to partner with the Communications team. You will own searches from intake through offer and advise leaders on talent strategy, cost, and winning methods. As the team grows, you may support Brand and Marketing recruiting as well.

About The Role

Anthropic is looking for a Recruiter to partner with our Communications team. This team tells Anthropic’s story across corporate, product, executive, and internal communications. In this role, you will be the team’s primary recruiter. You will own searches from intake through offer, and you will advise leaders on where the talent is, what it costs, and how to win it. The best communicators are rarely looking, so finding them is the job. As the team grows, you may also support hiring for Brand and Marketing.

Key responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Have 10+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, with a track record of closing senior, hard-to-fill roles
• Experience hiring for a high-growth technology company whose public narrative matters
• A network across media, agency, and in-house communications talent
• Experience supporting executive hiring
• Experience using AI tools in your daily work, and are curious about where they can take recruiting next

The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

Annual Salary

$240,000—$295,000 USD

Logistics

Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience

Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience

Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position

Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.

Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
