Overview

Avantor is seeking a customer-focused Recruiter / Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with business hiring managers and cross-functional HR teams to lead a full-cycle recruitment process, identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent for our organization across various countries in Europe.

Location: This a remote or a hybrid role based in Poland.

What You’ll Do
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop recruitment strategies.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, social media engagement, and referrals, to attract talent across Europe.
  • Candidate Management: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Pre-screen qualified candidates, facilitate feedback discussions, and extend offers to finalists.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruiting team to create and implement effective sourcing strategies. Maintain accurate candidate information in the ATS and CRM systems.
  • Market Intelligence: Research and develop talent market intelligence reports to provide impactful labor market insights that inform recruitment strategies.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years as an in-house recruiter or in a recruitment agency. Experience within a corporate full-cycle recruitment team and in recruiting for technical, engineering, life sciences or distribution roles is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Workday, or other large-scale ATS. Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Languages: Business fluency in English and fluent Dutch is required. Any other European language is a strong advantage.
