Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical recruiting in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units and recruiting teams to identify student hiring needs.
• Develop strategies to attract, source, assess, and hire students for specialized roles.
• Improve candidate experience and optimize scheduling efficiency.
• Maintain and organize candidate and campus data, analyze results, and propose improvements.
• Create long-term recruitment strategies aligned with Amazon’s growth and SOPs.
• Work with lifecycle recruiters and stakeholders to build an early-career talent strategy.
• Provide bi-weekly metrics and status updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Develop a scalable recruiting plan with timelines and tracking processes.
• Participate in pilots and process improvement projects.

• Develop creative strategies to attract, source, assess, and hire students for specialized roles within Amazon
• Identify opportunities to enhance candidate experience and optimize scheduling efficiency
• Maintain and organize all candidate and campus data, consolidate results, analyze findings, and propose improvements
• Create long-term recruitment strategies aligned with Amazon’s growth, implement new processes, and establish standard operating procedures that fit the company’s mission
• Collaborate with full lifecycle recruiters, industry hiring teams, and other stakeholders to build an early-career talent strategy
• Manage expectations and business goals through bi-weekly reviews, providing metrics and status updates to customers and stakeholders
• Develop a scalable recruiting plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process
• Participate in special projects or recruiting initiatives, including pilots and process improvement efforts
